Syngonium podophyllum 'Maria Allusion' is a compact variety. It shows off light green leaves, edged in darker green, and accented with pink veins.
The five lobed shape of Syngonium podophyllum/ Goosefoot leaves represents the five Feng Shui elements; water, fire, earth, wood and metal. Hence, it perfectly balances Yin and Yang energy and encourages positive chi or energy. It also cleanses the air.
Basic Care
Although these plants are extremely low light tolerant, they will grow faster and maintain their vibrant coloring and markings if grown in medium to bright indirect light. Bright light, but no direct sun.
Keep the potting mix moist in summer, allowing the surface to dry out before watering again.
