How It Works
If there is a problem with your order, take pictures and send them within the first 12 hours of receipt of the plant(s). Most plants may wilt, have stems or leaves bent, or might even lose a few leaves during shipping. This is normal. The plant should recover in a few days with proper care. Be advised that you should carefully unpack plants as soon as you get them. They may or may not need a few days to acclimate. If the plant arrives dead, it will be replaced, but proof must be sent within the first 12 hours.
We package all plants with extreme care, but we cannot guarantee the condition of the plant(s) once they leave our warehouse.
For any reason you are not satisfied with the condition that your plant arrives in, please let us know immediately so that we may take action to correct it. We do not accept returns as this would only cause more stress to the plant(s). We want you to p-leave' in us and know that your happiness is our main goal.
