Alocasia Hilo Beauty
Alocasia Hilo Beauty also known as Hilo Beauty Elephant Ear is a beautiful foliage plant with long heart/arrow shaped leaves, which is mostly grown indoors. It is an evergreen perennial plant. The leaves are beautiful and variegated with yellow and white spots which gives camouflage like patterns. It is an easy to grow plant and does not require much care and adds beautiful scenes inside your home.
Basic Care
As it is preferred indoors, filtered or indirect sunlight is best for its growth. South and West facing windows are suitable locations. Avoid keeping it under direct and intense sunlight. Keep the soil moist but avoid leaving it wet or soggy. It may dry out between watering.
It also prefers warm to hot environments; it is not cold hardy, and prefers high humidity. Place near a humidifier, mist leaves, or place on a pebble tray.
