Philodendron Atom
The philodendron atom is an easy-to-care-for, compact sub-tropical plant with wavy evergreen gloss leaves. Philodendrons come in different varieties and originate from rainforests in Brazil and Paraguay. The name is Greek and derives from the word phileo, meaning love, and dendron, which means tree.
Basic Care
The Atoms excel in indirect sunlight, but direct sunlight can end up burning your atom’s leaves. Your plant should never get more than three hours of direct sunlight.
You’ll be able to see your foliage in a deep green shade when it’s been in shady areas around your home. I keep my Atoms under a "full spectrum" grow light and they are flourishing.
This plant is drought tolerant and will forgive you if you often forget about it.
What You Get
You will receive a healthy, rooted plant growing in a 6" nursery pot.
