Aeschynanthus Longicaulis Lipstick Plant 'Black Pagoda'
The Aeschynanthus is mostly called 'Black Pagoda'. The flowers are long tubes and green in color. The leaves are green with maroon veining and the undersides are maroon in color. It has a trailing growth habit and is a very fast grower. It will make a very large hanging basket. It blooms sporadically in the spring and summer. It definitely lightens up any room.
Basic Care
The Black Pagoda will do best grown in bright, indirect light. They can be grown in medium indirect light but they will not flower. Your Aeschynanthus Longicaulis does not like to get too dry. Water when about 1-2" of the soil has gone dry.
